If you have ordered a product that is printed or embroidered (i.e. an item of apparel, mug or other item) and have chosen any combination of colour, position, size or bespoke wording then the item can not be cancelled under Part 3 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as under clause 28(1) b of those regulations, as such items are made specifically for each customer. No standard printed stock is made by us for sale everything is printed to order.
However if you find an item is not the correct size please contact us as we may be able to exchange the item for one of the correct size – we cannot guarnatee this will be option will be avialble for all items orderded – if in doubt please contact us prior to making your purchase.
If an item is not printed or embroidered to your requirements or is a blank item then they can be returned as follows:
You have a 14 day window to notify ASL Creative Ltd that you wish to return an item you have purchased. The 14 day window starts from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
You will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods and you should obtain proof of posting for the goods you are returning.
Goods returned must be in original condition and not worn, complete with tags and original packaging.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform ASL Creative by either:
1 – Completing the returns form here:
2 – Tel: 028 38849187 and request a returns form
3 – Send an email to requesting a returns form
4 – Send a letter to ASL Creative Ltd, 7 Richmond Court Tandragee BT62 2JQ with notification that you wish to return the item you have purchased.
Once you have received acknowledgement from ASL Creative that they have received your return request, you then have 14 days in which to return the item you have purchased.
If you return your item within the 14 days, ASL Creative will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition it was dispatched in. If the returned item is in the same condition then a full refund of payments received from you for the returned item will be made.
If the returned item is damaged, marked , worn or damaged a partial refund will be made or if the item cannot be resold, no refund made.
All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Refund of postage – only the lowest postage cost available at the time of ordering will be reimbursed.
If you wish to return any purchased goods there is a 10% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the cost of the item(s) being returned.
Reimbursement will be for the goods returned and not the original cost of postage.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for your intial transaction; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods to us; ASL Creative Ltd. 7 Richmond Court Tandragee BT62 2JQ without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
